Current times can be experienced in many different ways by all of us. For some, it might trigger anxiety, loneliness, or feelings of sadness and loss. At the same time, it can offer space, maybe even an urgency, for reflection and introspection.
Yoga Nidra offers us both depth, rest, and gentleness. The ingredients needed to not only endure the current times but to navigate our way to new possibilities through insight and reflection.
During this two-day event, you get to join Nirlipta for a 2-hour session each day. The sessions offer the deep relaxation and introspection of Total Yoga Nidra, devised and guided by Nirlipta Tuli.
All live sessions are recorded and will be made available after the workshop, so feel free to register even if you can not attend live!
