f it’s all getting to be a bit much right now, this short course may offer some comfort. It will consist of some nourishing and soothing Nidra, as well as other practices which Nirlipta has used successfully in the past with people who suffer from stress, burnout and feelings of being completely overwhelmed.
Nirlipta emphasises that this is a session about doing stuff that works. He will deliver these very relaxing and reassuring Nidra and related practices, which you can simply listen to without having to do any more than that. As Nirlipta said, they are extremely relaxing, but they are more than that too. They will help to reduce stress, anxiety, burn out and the feeling of being overwhelmed.
The practices will be recorded and made available to you to listen to, over and over again.
Please organise a place where you can lie down to practice Yoga Nidra comfortably and still be visible to Nirlipta! This means setting up your phone, tablet or computer in a way that you're still visible to the camera, even when you're lying down to practice Yoga Nidra. Please make sure that the camera is faced sidewards from you, meaning that Nirlipta will be able to see you from the head to the pelvis.
