I’m an ex-insomniac and have been for the majority of my life. Now I’m not.
Whilst there is a longer and more comprehensive online course available, the intention of this session, bearing in mind the uncertainty of the stressful circumstances we are in the midst of now, makes it of paramount importance to help as many, as simply as possible, to sleep better. With that in mind some of the tools necessary to sleep well will be introduced and experienced during these two hours. Mostly they will be very relaxing practices that can be listened to passively. Included as well is a deep introduction to self-hypnosis, taught experientially with full instruction on how to utilise it to go to sleep and how to get back to sleep if waking in the middle of the night. It is enjoyable and can be done quite passively or with some little effort. There will be sleep related nidra practices too, as well as the opportunity for some dialogue between us during the session. The practices will be recorded and made available after the session to participants. It will be a most relaxing experience and helpful to many for getting a good night’s sleep.
It is open to all who would like to sleep better than they do now. All are welcome.
