Announcing a new and ongoing course for pregnant women. It is devised by and delivered by Nirlipta Tuli, who started teaching pregnant women nearly thirty years ago.
These sessions will consist of two forty-five minutes each Tuesday and Thursday, and will include ongoing sessions of instruction of very relaxing self-hypnosis as well as recurrent pregnancy nidras, often involving a metaphor which has been consistently popular with pregnant women of a flourishing garden growing as their gestation proceeds. There will be opportunity for questions and some dialogue as well as the opportunity to meet other Mums to be.
For ten years Nirlitpa has taught thousands of pregnant women in South London. He offers Yoga for pregnancy classes, birth preparation sessions with partners, and his own unique responsive form of hypnosis for pregnancy and birth, in the past at the hospital and community with the highest birth rate in the UK, St Thomas’ Hospital in London. He did the same at King’s College Hospital in Denmark Hill as well as working with parents whose babies were in neo-natal intensive care and in the SCBU for several years. He and Uma also taught from their home in Brixton too.
These long years of experience and of working with his partner Uma Dinsmore-Tuli have led him to now offer this ongoing course for pregnant women, so that they can have a more comfortable, relaxing and optimistic pregnancy.
