The Immersion
In this 2-day immersion Nirlipta will offer you a broad range of Yoga Nidra practices in combination with breathwork. He will share his knowledge on neuroplasticity, the mind, and the brain and how you can consciously influence them through these practices. The concept of neuroplasticity refers to the ability of our nervous system, including our brain, to adapt to the stimuli it receives. This adaptation allows you to train it for a different experience of life and the autonomic responses of the nervous system. The practices offered during the immersion build on each other and integrate the surface mind with the deeper unconscious mind, resulting in a calmer mind, better sleep, more creativity, less reactivity, and more focus.
During the immersion, you will experience the direct effects of the practices, but also receive the tools to continue this process for yourself. During the course there will be space to ask questions and share experiences, creating an interactive learning space.
Who is this immersion for?
This immersion is for you if you are interested in learning more about the functioning of the mind and nervous system. It is particularly useful if you are a therapist and like to learn more about what you can offer your clients that deal will issues like a restless mind, anxiety, sleep issues, etc., or because you are dealing with these issues yourself. The immersion is open to all levels of practitioners. Some experience with Yoga Nidra is preferable, but not necessary.
