All women of all ages, and from every part of the world are welcome!
Come share and celebrate the initiations of womanhood, encounter the Wisdom Goddesses within, reconnect to the land and to our roots through a creative weaving of Indo-Celtic and Native American
Medicine teachings.
Women only, girls welcome.
The retreat will be offered by Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and Yoli Maya Yeh, with contributions and support from Clare Osborne, Saraswati Bella Hancock, Fiona Tierney (tbc), Kitty Maguire, Siobhan Moylan, Eilís Vaughan and a nurturing team of powerful sisters.

Healing the Past- Meeting and Welcoming the Girls we were with Menarche Ritual, and other practices
Exploring menarche (our first period) to reflect upon and honour all aspects of our inner girl. Through games, sharing, writing and yoga medicine we will invite a sense of empowerment that can serve ourselves as well as daughters, nieces, goddaughters, sisters, granddaughters and friends.

Healing the Present: Honoring the Moon Inside- Meeting and Welcoming our dance with the moon cycles
Celebrating Cyclical wisdom, Menstruality Consciousness Raising and Deepening Practices, Griefs and Praises Circle
Throughout a woman's life, powerful rhythms are at work. Learning to be conscious of these rhythms improves our quality of life and our fertility (which includes our creativity!). On this day we will experience practical techniques for developing menstrual awareness. For those experiencing pregnancy, we will map the menstrual seasons onto the journeys of conception and birth. For the perimenopausal, menopausal and postmenopausal women we will revisit what we learn in menstruation to acquire a crucial tool for navigating menopause. With healing yoga movement, breath, sound and gesture.

Welcoming the Great Change and Healing the Future- Owning Uncertainty - Perimenopause and Menopause as initiations into power and Homecoming. Stepping into our power practices.
Welcoming perimenopause, menopause and beyond as the most challenging and rewarding seasons of our lives. We will encounter practical ways to meet and embrace the power of change as we age. This day offers nourishing movement, soulful sound and breath meditation (for temperature regulations and mood swings) practices and reflections to help us integrate the power of our later years. With evening celebration.
