Many of our colleagues, friends and families have met with the challenges of COVID 19. In very many cases we have observed that the nurture of nidrā and deep nourishment of rest has been of great support in the process of recovery.
This is why Nirlipta created his LONG COVID RECOVERY course which can be found here. It has been tried and tested over the past months by many who can testify to the potent support these very special yoga nidrās provide. These special weekly online classes providing supportive circles of belonging and places to practice live online with Nirlipta complement the course offerings to enable you to rest your way to recovery from Long Covid with Yoga nidrā here.. These are potent practises that support a restful route to recovery.
Total Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation usually practiced lying down. Practices vary from ten to thirty minutes in length and provide an opportunity for deep rest from which other benefits can arise;
- increased energy levels
- more mental clarity and reduction of brain fog
- greater feelings of positivity and lower levels of stress and anxiety
- enhanced sense of wellbeing.

In our friendly, informal online circles of belonging you will receive practical techniques and group support to facilitate your recovery.
- You will receive live Total Yoga Nidra practices to facilitate your recovery.
- You will have time for questions and sharing with the circle participants (spoken, and through the chatbox). The 'group mind' of our collective experiences can aid recovery.
- You will have the option to be part of a group chat forum for sharing tips on long covid recovery. Questions arising from this forum can be addressed in the weekly live meetings.
